“Social Media Archaeologies and/or Poetics for the 21st Century: Adventures in Document Creation” was a workshop held for several weeks at the Museum of Human Achievement in Austin, Texas. Participants engaged in an experimental model that strove to bring the gestures and parlance of the social media landscape into an IRL workshop space, with dedicated sections of time spent “sharing,” “reblogging,” making “status updates,” “commenting,” etc.
